The foundation of Doing Business is the notion that economic activity, particularly private sector development, benefits from clear and coherent rules. According to Doing Business 2017 Republic of Belarus has 37 position and was able to climb 13 steps. Really good result! But unfortunately, business does not feel these changes and improvements.
There are still many opened questions. Let’s have a look on our Tax System. By the way position of our country in Doing Business for our Tax System markedly worsened and we should not expect some significant changes.
