The use of benefits provided for by special Decrees, Decrees, is under special control of the tax authorities and requires the most serious approach. The client carried out activities in accordance with the norms of the special decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus providing for exemption from VAT on sales turnover and full VAT refund and appealed to us for the possibility of using preferences stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
