On 17th October we took part in an excitng and useful meeting — «BVenture Legal». Our speakers outlined the most mportant legal aspects of interaction between investors and startups.
The main topic for discussion was “Financial and Legal Due Diligence”. While modern companies rapidly go global they start looking for Due Diligence - its perspective goals, sequential stages and key checkpoints. Revising our experience, we spoke about the reasons for unsuccessful M&A transactions and the critical issues remained unresolved.
